NINE MONTHS OF GARDENING INSIDE THE BODY


The right way of life. This was the first point that bothered me since I got to know I was pregnant.

The woman is like the temporary house for a baby. She is like a rich ground where the plant grows up. That was what I have heard from some mothers. And I think that was true. And nine months of "gardening" inside the body is not easy, they used to say, too.

Before pregnancy I did not have regular timing of taking food. Sometime I used to go to bed without dinner. Or, sometimes the breakfast was replaced with the lunch. I could eat whatever. For example, chicken sup in the morning, or yogurt in the evening. I used to be asked that a shirt I eat? And I always have answered that I am in a hurry, and normally I am taking anything what is fast. Oh, another thing that used to shock people: You eat so much! You have to be more then one hundred kilos! How happens you are not? And the explanation that I have not had  the dinner the day before could not convince them that it was possible to eat that much at the same meal time.

A habit is a very strong thing. And it is not that easy to change the habit. The regular hours of taking food, cooking fresh things all the time, not to over eat or not to eat too less, that's what the doctors have suggested me. Seems like nothing that hard. But it was hard for me to get  in the new steam. It's like when I was in the school age. Then parents or teachers used to tell me to do something, because it is well, and I had to do...

I was used to drink much coffee and tea. After lunch time I felt myself just destroyed without it. And I am not used to sleep at lunch time, too. So, alive zombie there was. What really could help then not to feel that sleepy, there were some physical exercises. For a while, they could replace that coffee dependence.

More over, I was suggested to replace all "harmful drinks" with the fresh juice. Twice per day making the juice was a kind of challenge for me, too. Specially because I did not like to wash the juice machine. Sounds unbelievable, but at that time even that used to make me irritated.

Not all vegetables I like. But they are so useful! I was putting some in the mouse and couldn't eat. And, it also reminded me the childhood, when my mammy forced me to eat some porridge. And the tears appeared there, so much I did not like it. And, finally, I found the solution for myself. Mixer was a super solution to smash the food that I did not like. And, if to mix it with the  one that I like, it was not that ugly to eat. For example, this way I did the buckwheat or beetroot with meat. It tasted eatable.

Funny, but during the pregnancy the tastes change. Pasta! Pasta rule the world! The thing, that I almost never in my life used eat, I started to eat almost every day. And salmon that was a top product for me before, then got a terrible smell and taste. And, in general, I lost passion to the seafood during the pregnancy. Actually,  not all fish is good to eat when you are pregnant. For example, the tuna fish the doctors do not recommend to the future mothers. There are limitations, as it contains the mercury.

It was hard with getting rid of smoking first. First two months the desire was strong. The power of brain used to stop my bad habit. I used to remind the video that some german scientists had done. They inserted the camera inside the body of the pregnant woman. And when she was smoking there, it was visible that the baby cannot breath. Doctors also recommended to take some sweets when the desire to smoke would appear. But, I was not a lover of sweets. So, when the desire to smoke appeared, I used to go for a walk, or used to  take a warm bath. It distracted me much. Hot bath is forbidden during the pregnancy, as it can create the miscarried.
